Fail



Well, I can say that this  post-a-day on the blog was a huge fail. I never felt like it. I face it as a chore. I typed and never checked. The content was bland and empty of real feelings.
I did post one picture a day on Instagram, but even that was a pain in  the butt.

April was a month filled with heavy rain and not much stuff happened. Maybe that had something to do with it.

I have to accept that It was not a well succeed challenge.

Same thing with healthy eating and working out.

oh well.... Can't say I am to bothered by it. I am just very relieved to be over with it all.

Arms' issue

My "problem" area  is my upper body. I can pretty much get muscle definition in my legs and butt area since I worked out so much.

I never had to focus on my arms and I have no strength there.

I hate arms workout, mainly because it's such a sketchy area for me. I want definition but not too much muscle and that is hard to find.

I like this workout



( can you tell I am SO sick of this thing of posting daily in April??? So unmotivated. Can NOT wait for the month to be done and get back at posting when I feel like it. )

Offline



My computer is off to some much needed repair and I am therefore confined to my tablet and mobile. I suck at tactile screens therefore I will be back when my computer is with me.
